Le dispositif SARE (Service d\u2019Accompagnement \u00e0 la R\u00e9novation \u00c9nerg\u00e9tique) est un programme national d\u00e9clin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale, pour lequel la R\u00e9gion SUD a sollicit\u00e9 les d\u00e9partements et les m\u00e9tropoles afin d’\u00eatre porteurs-associ\u00e9s et assurer ainsi le d\u00e9ploiement sur leurs territoires. Le D\u00e9partement des Alpes-Maritimes va donc assurer le d\u00e9ploiement sur son territoire, hormis pour la M\u00e9tropole Nice C\u00f4te-d\u2019Azur qui anime son propre dispositif.<\/p>\n
La plateforme SARE a pour objectifs de fournir des conseils techniques, financiers et administratifs concernant la r\u00e9habilitation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de cr\u00e9er une dynamique avec les professionnels<\/strong> du secteur. Elle peut \u00e9galement fournir un accompagnement sur la nature des travaux, les moyens financiers et subventions, les outils juridiques, etc.<\/p>\n L\u2019objectif de ce dispositif est d\u2019\u00eatre un outil centralisateur<\/strong> (un lieu unique de renseignement) et d\u2019interface (liaisons avec tous les acteurs du domaine).
