Qu\u2019est-ce que la Redevance Sp\u00e9ciale ?<\/h1>\n

La Redevance Sp\u00e9ciale concerne tous les professionnels et les administrations publiques du territoire dont la collecte et le traitement des d\u00e9chets sont pris en charge par l\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration Cannes L\u00e9rins. <\/p>\n

Contrairement \u00e0 la Taxe d\u2019Enl\u00e8vement des Ordures M\u00e9nag\u00e8res (TEOM), qui est un imp\u00f4t calcul\u00e9 sur la valeur locative du foncier b\u00e2tie sans aucun rapport avec la quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets produits, la Redevance Sp\u00e9ciale d\u00e9pend de la production r\u00e9elle de d\u00e9chets. Elle permet donc une facturation plus juste.<\/p>\n

La Redevance est progressivement \u00e9tendue sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire Cannes L\u00e9rins.<\/p>\n
