Du d\u00e9but de l\u2019avenue Francis Tonner jusqu\u2019au Moulin de la Gaiet\u00e9, pas moins de 76 000 m\u00b2 doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9s, modernis\u00e9s et embellis pour prot\u00e9ger et valoriser l\u2019identit\u00e9 forte du c\u0153ur de La Bocca.<\/p>\n
Mat\u00e9riaux nobles, espaces arbor\u00e9s, place Roubaud totalement repens\u00e9e, halle du march\u00e9 reconstruite, cheminement vers la mer via l\u2019avenue Pierre S\u00e9mard et son passage d\u00e9j\u00e0 totalement r\u00e9nov\u00e9, stationnement optimis\u00e9, s\u00e9curisation des vallons dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9vention du risque Inondation… Bocca centre fait v\u00e9ritablement peau neuve !<\/p>\n
Le projet se d\u00e9compose en 2 phases\u00a0: une premi\u00e8re sur l\u2019avenue Francis Tonner, ses rues adjacentes et la place Roubaud Sud\u00a0livr\u00e9e fin 2019\u00a0; une seconde sur la place Roubaud Nord (donnant lieu \u00e0 un concours d\u2019architecture) livr\u00e9e fin 2023.<\/p>\n
